🎃 October 2026🎃 What a full month at The Diamond Place! From community festivals and wellness events to preparing for and hosting Permission to Dream, we’ve been creating space for women to connect, heal, and imagine new possibilities. Thank you to every speaker, volunteer, vendor, sponsor, and attendee who helped bring the retreat to life. Behind the scenes, we’re moving MAE My Absolute Essentials toward launch, with the platform expected to be ready in December, growing partnerships, and strengthening our nonprofit while continuing peer support and resource navigation.🎉 Thank you for helping us turn purpose into possibility. With gratitude, 💭Permission to Dream💖 Permission to Dream happened on October 17th, and it was a beautiful event. Our goal was to provide women a place to feel connected, supported, and seen. Our speakers, Kami Guildner and Michelle Fournier, were wonderful and helped our attendees reconnect with their purpose, step into what’s next, and build resilience, growth, and a life that feels aligned. Here is a slideshow, highlighting some of what we experienced. Permission to Dream Slideshow.mp4 I am grateful to Nayeri, Christina, Heather, and Hope for their work with our participants. And to all women who gave up their time to be with us. 📅Upcoming Events: 📅 She Leads Online Summit 2026: Future-Ready Business, Systems & AI Date: Friday, October 23, 2026 Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM PDT (Live on Zoom) Cost: FREE to attend live! What makes this event different? Hosted by Anahita Shahrvini, She Leads Online features solo masterclasses, an interactive expert panel, and open-mic Q&A breakout sessions I’ll be joining the expert panel alongside Angela Gooden & Jessica Millhiser to answer your live questions on human-centered AI. My area of expertise for the panel is the AI-assisted decision-making layer — using the right tools to cut through overwhelm and help people move toward clear next steps. And this feels incredibly aligned with the work we’re building through MAE. I believe the real opportunity is using AI to reduce cognitive overload, simplify complicated systems, support better decisions, and create experiences that still feel deeply human. That’s the heart of human-centered AI. At the summit, I’ll be talking about what it looks like to build technology that helps people feel less lost — not more automated. I’m also creating two resources specifically for attendees: 💜 Beyond Automation: The Human-Centered AI Clarity Kit 💜 Human-Centered AI Implementation Guide for VIP attendees I’m so excited to be part of this conversation alongside other women thinking differently about systems, AI, and the future of business. Sign up here: https://evite.me/zKqAQqb3vR In addition to the Back to You Workshop, you can also sign up for our New Mail Subscription Program! Back to You Mail is a $15 monthly subscription created to give women a small moment each month to pause, reconnect, and remember themselves. Each envelope includes a personal letter, affirmation card, stickers, a reflection prompt, a monthly Permission Slip, and a few thoughtful surprises along the way. And there’s a ripple effect: for every 10 memberships, we’ll send a Back to You mailing to another woman who could use a little encouragement and a reminder that her story is still unfolding. A little joy. A little reflection. A little reminder to come back to you. Sign up here https://thediamondplace.kit.com/products/back-to-you-mail My book, Unmasked, was scheduled for release in October 2026. However, it looks like it will be released in November. I'll let you know where you can purchase a copy. Unmasked is a raw and honest story about what happens when survival becomes an identity and what it takes to finally come home to yourself. Through trauma, loss, resilience, and dark humor, Tiffany Sharp explores the masks we wear to appear strong, successful, and unaffected. This book is not about becoming who you were before. It is about discovering who you are when you no longer have to hide. This month, I address the role ketamine-assisted psychotherapy played in helping me reclaim my life after trauma. Please know: I am not a medical doctor, and I am not offering medical advice.
We’re excited to be part of BNI Quantum Business Builders officially! From day one, this group has been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and generous with their connections and encouragement. We’re especially honored that QBB selected The Diamond Place as its nonprofit for the year. Being surrounded by business owners who truly believe in community, collaboration, and giving back means so much to us, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to grow alongside such an amazing group of people. The University of Denver and The Diamond Place have formed a partnership to provide students the opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on experience while supporting programs focused on healing, empowerment, resource navigation, and economic independence. As The Diamond Place continues to grow, we’re grateful to build partnerships that strengthen our capacity while helping develop the next generation of community-minded leaders. 💖 🖐️Volunteer of the Month: Teresa🖐️💖 Teresa is the kind of person who shows up, especially when it matters most. Dependable, hardworking, kind, and deeply caring, she brings a steady presence and a genuine willingness to help wherever she is needed. She is someone people can count on, not only because of how hard she works, but because of the heart she brings to everything she does. Teresa leads with compassion, follows through, and gives her time and energy generously to support the people around her. At The Diamond Place, Teresa represents the kind of community we believe in: people showing up for one another, working together, and making sure no woman feels like she has to do everything alone. 📢 Volunteer Opportunities📢There are so many ways to be part of what’s growing at The Diamond Place. You can volunteer at an upcoming event, become a referral or community partner, sponsor a program, share our resources with someone who may need support, or help us expand access for women through donations and connections. Whether you have an hour, a resource, a referral, or a relationship to share, there’s a place for you here. Get involved. Make a connection. Help a woman take her next step. Small introductions can create big opportunities. If you know a business, organization, therapist, advocate, speaker, funder, volunteer, or community leader who should know about The Diamond Place, we would be grateful for the connection.
