Facet: The Diamond Place and Discovering Yourself

A Note from Tiffany:

🍁 Welcome to Fall! 🍁

As The Diamond Place continues to grow, I’m incredibly thankful for every person who has supported us, partnered with us, volunteered their time, shared our work, and believed in what we’re building.

With Permission to Dream just around the corner, I keep coming back to how important it is to permit ourselves to imagine what comes next. Healing isn’t only about getting through the hard things; it’s also about rebuilding confidence, creating new possibilities, and allowing ourselves to dream again.

Thank you for growing alongside us. I’m so excited for what’s ahead.

With gratitude,
Tiffany 💖

📢 Blog Post of the Month📢

After periods of survival mode following trauma or major life transitions, dreaming can feel unsafe—but permitting yourself to want something more, even in small ways, is the first step toward reconnecting with hope and possibility.

💎Volunteer Spotlight 💎

Welcome to Diamond, LaQuetta! 💎

LaQuetta is a social worker, community organizer, advocate, mother, and the Founder and Creative Visionary Officer of LaQuetta’s LAfTA, LLC®. With more than two decades of experience in social justice, community engagement, education, mental health, food security, and family advocacy, she brings an incredible depth of experience—and an even bigger heart for helping people thrive.

LaQuetta’s own story is also one of resilience. LaQuetta’s LAfTA—Life After the Accident—was born during her healing after a head-on collision left her having to relearn how to walk. That journey strengthened her passion for encouraging others to move beyond simply surviving and begin creating a life where they can truly thrive.

Her belief that people should have a voice in the systems and decisions that affect their lives aligns beautifully with what we believe at The Diamond Place: people deserve to be heard, supported, empowered, and allowed to build what comes next.

We are so grateful to have LaQuetta bringing her experience, perspective, creativity, and passion to the Diamond community. Please join us in giving her a warm welcome! 💎

💎What's New at The Diamond Place?💎

We have been busy building several important areas of our work:

🎙️Mic Check:

When Technology Meets Humanity 🎙️

Tiffany recently joined Elsplend Realities for the episode “When Technology Meets Humanity: Turning Trauma Into Purpose.”

The conversation explores how lived experience and purpose can drive meaningful change, and how technology can make complex systems more human, accessible, and supportive.

Tiffany shares the story behind The Diamond Place and MAE (My Absolute Essentials), and why the work goes beyond programs or technology; it's about helping women move beyond crisis, rebuild, and move forward with dignity and support.

It's a discussion about resilience, purpose, and using technology to strengthen human connection rather than replace it.

💎It's nearly here...Unmasked, by Tiffany Sharp, is a raw and honest story about what happens when survival becomes an identity and what it takes to finally come home to yourself. Through trauma, loss, resilience, and dark humor, Tiffany Sharp explores the masks we wear to appear strong, successful, and unaffected. This book is not about becoming who you were before. It is about discovering who you are when you no longer have to hide.

🎉WE GOT SELECTED. 🎉💜

I’m officially joining the She Leads Online Summit on October 23 as a panelist for:

✨ Systems, Structure & Smart AI: What’s Actually Running Behind Your Business

My area of expertise for the panel is the AI-assisted decision-making layer — using the right tools to cut through overwhelm and help people move toward clear next steps.

And this feels incredibly aligned with the work we’re building through MAE.

I don’t believe the best use of AI is simply doing more, faster.

I believe the real opportunity is using AI to reduce cognitive overload, simplify complicated systems, support better decisions, and create experiences that still feel deeply human.

That’s the heart of human-centered AI.

At the summit, I’ll be talking about what it looks like to build technology that helps people feel less lost — not more automated.

I’m also creating two resources specifically for attendees:

💜 Beyond Automation: The Human-Centered AI Clarity Kit
A practical toolkit to help entrepreneurs identify overwhelm, determine what should stay human vs. what AI can support, and create clearer next steps.

💜 Human-Centered AI Implementation Guide for VIP attendees
A deeper guide to redesigning a real business process using AI while protecting the human touchpoints that matter most.

I’m so excited to be part of this conversation alongside other women thinking differently about systems, AI, and the future of business.

October 23. Let’s go. 🚀
